The Scholastic All America application for the 2025-2026 year will be available online at the USA Swimming website beginning June 1, 2026. For more information: https://www.usaswimming.org/times/popular-resources/scholastic-all-america The only method for application will be the online application on the USA Swimming website. The swimmer and their parents along with their club coach will receive an email letting them know the swimmer has a qualifying time for Scholastic All America with directions on how to apply. The athlete must go online and apply and upload a transcript (in pdf or jpeg format)....

The new USA Swimming technical rule amendments have been issued. See the Rules and Policies page on the USA Swimming website. These new rules are effective immediately (May 7, 2026). The SafeSport Code defines the U.S. Center for SafeSport’s authority and jurisdiction, prohibited categories of abuse and misconduct, and the Center’s process for responding to and resolving abuse and misconduct claims affecting the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Movement.
