Ada Qunell from Wave Ryders/KATS/GAC wrapped up her collegiate swimming career on March 14th at the NCAA Division 2 National Championships, her 4th national championship meet. The senior at Colorado Mesa finished her swim life with 15 first team All-American recognitions and 18 overall. She was integral in winning 4 national championship relays, anchoring two gold medal performances. Montana Swimming has updated the time standards for 2024-2028. During the fall HOD meeting, proposals were approved that changed our time standards and the new standards are below. USA Swimming Motivational Time Standards – MT Swimming Time Standards: These are the B/BB/A and so on time standards you are used to using. However, there is one change.
