2022 Diversity in Aquatics Antiracism Fellowship Training

Athletes -- are you interested in diversity, equity and inclusion? Would you like to make a difference? The Athletes for Change Antiracism Fellowship course may be for you! Perhaps you'd like to become a Diversity in Aquatics (DIA) Athlete Fellow. This course is for you.

Below is the link to the Diversity in Aquatics Athletes for Change Antiracism Fellowship training.  It is for any athletes who may be interested in getting some really cool DEI Facilitation training and/or might want to be a DIA Athlete Fellow.

Athletes will learn to speak about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, to facilitate groups through DEI curriculum, and to use one’s self to influence change.

Athletes from all aquatic sports are encouraged to apply. Diversity in Aquatics is seeking a diverse group of high school aged athletes of any identity(ies) and experiences.

There is no cost to participate but attendance at all zoom sessions, completion of homework, and a final project are required. Course sessions will occur virtually from 4:00-7:00pm EST on June 26, July 3, July 10, July 17.
