2023 USA Swimmiing Women's Leadership Summit

USA Swimming's 2023 Women's Leadership Summit registration is now open. To apply:

• Non-scholarship application
• Scholarship application 

The deadline to apply for a scholarship is February 15, 2023, 6 p.m. ET. Non-scholarship applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until the program is full. 

The Women's Leadership Summit is available for all female coaches and includes three virtual and one in-person session. Cost will be $250 per attendee and scholarships are available. 

Dates and locations:

• Week of March 13, 2023 | Virtual session (one hour)
• March 31 - April 2, 2023 | La Foret Conference and Retreat Center (Black Forest, Colo.) | In-person only
• Week of April 10, 2023 | Virtual session (one hour)
• Week of May 1, 2023 | Virtual session (one hour)

To attend, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• USA Swimming female coach in good standing; 
• Passion to participate in a community of leaders;
• Willing to be vulnerable and open to receiving and giving kind, specific and helpful feedback; and 
• Comfortable participating in outdoor activities in a natural mountain setting. 

USA Swimming will provide a full itenerary and packing list for those selected. Participants must arrive with a strong desire to learn, grow and build connections with both the facilitators and other attendees.
