- Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy (MAAPP):

- Customize your acknowledgment of policy form so it is ready for the first day of practice.
- Download permission and consent forms to set your team up for success.

- Safe Sport Club Recognition (SSRP):
- Follow the 3-month or 6-month checklist.
- Review these step-by-step instructions to fill out your SSRP application.
- Attend free monthly trainings to earn points.
- Request a personalized in-person or virtual educational opportunity from USA Swimming Safe Sport staff.
- Review information on coach-owned, institutionally-owned, or parent-board owned clubs.
- View your personalized club report to see what parents and athletes have completed online education.
- Watch this video for step-by-step directions on the approval process.

- Athlete Protection Policy (APT):
- Make sure your APT is up-to-date.
- Reminder: APT needs to be completed annually for every member 18 years old and older.
- Tip: Members can check expiration dates on all requirements by viewing their membership card online and in the USA Swimming app.
