Katharine Berkoff Wins Gold at the 2024 Paris Olympics! Celebration in Missoula August 18 at The Press Box!

Katharine Berkoff won gold as a member of the US women’s 4 x 100 medley relay! Katharine swam the lead off leg in preliminaries with a time of 58.98. The preliminary relay team included Katharine, Emma Weber, Alex Shackell, and Kate Douglass.

In finals, the US women broke the word record and won a gold medal with a time of 3 minutes and 49.63 seconds. The team included Regan Smith, Lilly King, Gretchen Walsh, and Torre Huske.

All swimmers who compete in the relay in either round receive medals.

Katharine already won a bronze medal in the women’s 100-meter backstroke earlier in the games!

Katharine was a standout swimmer for the Missoula Aquatic Club, Hellgate High School, and North Carolina State University.

There will be a celebration for Katharine on Sunday August 18 at The Press Box, 835 E. Broadway in Missoula from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm upstairs. The taco bar will be first come first serve. There will be a cash bar for beverages. Come honor Katharine!
